Dr. Jan Trang Nguyen has been practicing endodontics in the Southern California area since 1996. She obtained both her DDS dental degree and her endodontic specialty certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry. While attending the graduate program, she received the American Association of Endodontics Graduate Student Research Grant, and then was chosen to present her research to the International Association of Dental Research and the American Association of Endodontics 1996 Annual Session.
She enjoys attending continuing education courses and lectures in dentistry as well as related topics, both for cultural and professional development. A board member for the California Association of Vietnamese-American Dentists (CAVAD) in Southern California, Dr. Nguyen brings speakers and the latest advancements in dentistry to her peers.
Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, and their two children, Jean-Paul and Aimee, who help her stay active through skiing, swimming, and traveling.
