Request for Commencement Invitations

• Invitations from the Special Events Office for your commencement ceremony are available free of charge to all graduates.
• There is a maximum of 10 invitations for College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, College of Allied Health Professions and College of Graduate Nursing graduates and 15 invitations for College of Pharmacy and College of Veterinary Medicine graduates. You can request additional invitations; they will be filled after all initial requests have been received.
• Invitations are generic and DO NOT include your name or degree. Invitations include the date, time and place of all commencement ceremonies and a map with driving directions.
• Phone orders will not be accepted
• Invitations will be mailed to you or held for pick-up per your request.
• Invitations will be available approximately February 22, 2008. Complete and return the order form as soon as possible to allow time for processing.
• Phone orders will not be accepted; a form must be filled out and sent to the Special Events Office.

Invitations will be available approximately February 22nd, 2008. If picking up your invitations, you will receive an e-mail when they’re available.
