Request for Commencement Invitations
- Invitations from the Special Events Office for your commencement ceremony are available free of charge to all graduates.
- There is a maximum of 10 invitations per graduate. You can request additional invitations; they will be filled after all initial requests have been received should the Special Events Office have left overs.
- Invitations are generic and DO NOT include your name or degree. Invitations include the date, time and place of all commencement ceremonies and a map with driving directions.
- Phone orders will not be accepted
- Invitations will be mailed to you or held for pick-up per your request.
- Invitations will be available late March 2010. Complete and return the order form as soon as possible to allow time for processing.
- Phone orders will not be accepted; a form must be filled out and sent to the Special Events Office.

Invitations will be available late March 2010. If picking up your invitations, you will receive an e-mail when they’re available.
