Campaign for “Western Expansion”
Five new buildings are taking shape on the Western University of Health Sciences campus over the course of our five-year “Western Expansion” Capital Campaign, which has a goal of raising $35 million by the University’s 35th anniversary in 2012. The construction project is expanding learning arenas and patient care facilities eastward to Towne Avenue in Pomona, California. The new facilities will be home to WesternU’s new health professions colleges, creating one of the most comprehensive health-sciences institutions in the country. A new 600-space parking structure also will help make downtown Pomona “greener” by dramatically reducing the need for surface parking. Select the images on the right to follow our progress.
