How to Apply
The Saturday Academy is open to any Lebanon Community School District 6th grade student.
Please RSVP by filling out the following two forms:

Image Release Form
Please email your completed forms to: LHCL@westernu.edu.
Registration forms will also be available at the check-in tables of each Saturday Academy.
The LHCL Biomedical Scholars program/application details will be made available at the end of the 2011-12 Academic year.
