How to Apply
The Saturday Academy is open to any Pomona Unified School District (PUSD) middle school student.
Applicants may download and print out their registration form below:

Registration forms will be available at check-in as each Saturday Academy.
The PHCL Biomedical Scholars program is open to second-year students of the PHCL.
