Welcome back alumni of WesternU!

The transition from student to practicing professional can come as a shock to some. Services and resources you had grown accustomed to using are now no longer accessible, however the Harriet K. and Philip Pumerantz Library is still able to assist you in your professional endeavors.
Although there are some electronic resources that are not available to you as alumni, there are several e-resources that are available. As alumni you are able to use the library's complete collection of electronic resources when you come to visit the library.
This page will provide you with information related to resources and services available to you both off-campus and on-campus.

The library provides a document delivery service for alumni at no charge. The library will copy and email, via ILLiad, journal articles from the current print collection. This service is not to be confused with interlibrary loans, which covers materials the library does not have in its collection.

Requesting items from other libraries
Interlibrary Loan
Book, journal articles and other materials not available from the Harriet K. & Philip Pumerantz Library may be obtained from other institutions using interlibrary loan. We encourage alumni to use their local library for interlibrary loans, but we will provide this service for a fee of $10.00 per request. If you would like to request an interlibrary loan with the Pumerantz Library please log in using ILLiad.
