Lorane M. Dick, PhD

Dr. Lorane M. Dick is a graduate of Northwestern University and Michigan State
University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was first introduced to
osteopathic medicine by Dr. Viola M. Frymann, who later encouraged her to join
the COMP faculty as a full-time clinician.

In 1980, Dr. Dick joined the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP)
faculty as Assistant Professor of Osteopathic Principles and Practice and as a
physician in the COMP Osteopathic Medical Center. Eventually, she was promoted
to Chair of the Department of Osteopathic Principles and Practice.

In 1984, she lectured at the First International Congress of Osteopathic Medicine
in Brussels, Belgium. She was also elected as a charter member of the Board of
Directors of the International Academy for the Study of Osteopathy.

Dr. Dick has been in private practice for over 20 years and is currently an
osteopathic physician in the San Dimas area. She specializes in osteopathic
manipulative medicine, preventative health care and pain management.
