The University has adopted a set of eight outcome domains that serve to guide its academic programs in their development and ongoing quality improvement. Within each outcome domain, each academic program has developed and assesses specific ability-based outcomes appropriate to the particular degree program.

Future Academic Improvement Plans

 

  • Increase number of doctorally prepared faculty
  • Hire Manager of Clinical Affiliations/DNP Program Administration
  • Secure additional resources to assist faculty in enhancing the quality and outcomes of student learning given large online courses
  • Enhancements to the simulation lab
  • Secure college wide systematic program review data support system (ie: evalue, APP)
  • Enhance faculty development and scholarship focused on: education research, academic advising, preceptorship and leadership development
