Research is a central part of the College of Pharmacy's mission. College of Pharmacy faculty are active in the scholarship of research, and actively encourage student participation in their research endeavors.

Faculty's Research Interests
Each faculty has the opportunity to create an active research program. Projects range from studying biochemical pathways underlying disease to examining the economics of health care and outcomes of therapy.
Centers
The College of Pharmacy currently houses one Center, CADRE, and members of the College belong to University wide centers including and the Western Diabetes Institute. Such resources foster interprofessional research and development of said research into commercially viable solutions to modern medical problems.
