How do I suggest changes to Existing Policies?

  1. Talk to your supervisor to get his/her reaction the your suggestion and determine whether both of you agree on the changes.
  2. Contact the responsible office for the policy. This information can be found in the heading of any policy being managed by UPO. Discuss your suggestions with the policy owner.
  3. If the policy owner agrees that the changes should be made, he/she will contact appropriate stakeholders and begin the process of reviewing the policy.
