How to Order a Transcript
The Registrar's Office now accepts transcript, board score and class rank requests online via BanWeb. For information on how to use this new service, please review on the Transcript Ordering guide shown below. Transcripts ordered online can only be purchased using your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card. Transcript fees cannot be charged to your student account.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 prevents the Registrar's Office from releasing materials contained in your student file without your written permission. To comply with FERPA, Western University of Health Sciences requires that requests must be made online via BanWeb. The Registrar's Office will not accept any requests by telephone or email.

Transcript/Board Scores/Class Rank Fees
Western University of Health Sciences charges the following fees for transcripts, board scores, and class rank requests (charges are subject to change without notice). Visa or MasterCard payments will be accepted for online requests only.
Attention DO Students and Alumni:
The Registrar's Office is in the process of imaging all student files. As part of this process, all current student files will be stored at a secure, off-site location for imaging purposes. Unfortunately, this means we will no longer have immediate access to your records, including your COMLEX score reports.
As of October 6, 2010, the Registrar's Office will no longer provide the option for ordering copies of your COMLEX scores through BanWeb. If you need your score report(s) sent to a third party, you will need to request a score transcript directly from the NBOME. You can do so via their website at: http://www.nbome.org/candidates.asp or you can call them at 1-773-714-0622.
If you ordered COMLEX scores on or prior to October 6, 2010, we will honor your request and forward the scores as directed. If you are a 4th year DO and applying to residency programs via ERAS, your COMLEX scores will be transmitted electronically from the NBOME to ERAS (if you purchased this option).
As of July 1, 2011, the charge for an Official Transcript will increase from $6.00 to $10.00 per copy. Rush transcripts fees will remain the same.
