I've always loved being part of the process of one’s understanding of a subject matter. Thus, it comes to no surprise that I thoroughly enjoyed the 5+ years of tutoring chemistry and math at the high school and college level.
See one, do one, teach one
I was very lucky to have an early exposure to osteopathic medicine because my older sister was in osteopathic medical school while I was in my teens. I always loved using my hands and took an early interest in always finding the root of the problem. Thus, the foundations of osteopathic medicine came naturally to me. Although most of my time is dedicated to studying medicine, I always try to find time to do yoga, rock climb and play guitar (at an amateur level at best). I truly believe that balance between work and personal life plays an important role in happiness and health. I constantly strive to live and advocate for that kind of lifestyle and plan to carry that attitude into my future practice. I am highly interested in further integrating OMM into the treatment plan of everyday Family Medicine. I look forward to meeting and working with all of you!
