Professional Experience

Before coming to Western University of Health Sciences, I specialized in teaching stress reduction/management training programs. As Assistant Director of the LEAD office, I combine learning style and skills assessment with stress management in a personalized training program available to students one-on-one or in small groups. My goal is to assist Western University students in reaching their very highest academic goals, while remaining balanced, "relaxed, calm, and wide awake," even under the most demanding circumstances.

My counseling and teaching expertise are a welcome addition to the tutoring, learning enhancement and academic development services the LEAD office is known for.

I relocated here from the East Coast, where I held the position of Director of Development at a small graduate school. In addition, I have been teaching people how to improve the quality of their personal and professional lives since 2000. She has worked with non-profit organizations, community colleges, universities, hospices, and hospitals in the Philadelphia area.

I encourage you to stop by the LEAD office. I'll be happy to speak to you.
