Hubert K. Chan received his dental degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in 2004, where he received several awards and honors for his academic and clinical work. He taught at the Ostrow School of Dentistry for numerous years as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Restorative Dentistry and as a Group Practice Director while maintaining a private practice. He is a recipient of multiple Excellence in Teaching awards at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.
Dr. Chan is passionate about working in developing communities and countries. He served with his church to provide dental care for hundreds of patients in the villages of Malawi, Africa. He also volunteered for the USC Mobile Dental Clinic, where he oversaw the dental treatment of children from under-served communities by dental students.

In addition to his professional life, Dr. Chan enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys rock climbing, running, and playing the guitar during his spare time.
