Born and raised in India, Dr. Mittal obtained his dental degree and post graduate degree in operative dentistry in India. He then moved to California and became a board licensed dentist working in private practice for 20+ years. Dr. Mittal then chose to pursue his interest in teaching and academics and joined Western University as a assistant professor. His interests include clinical or preclinical restorative dentistry, endodontics and orthodontics. In his free time, Dr. Mittal enjoys going to the gym and working for a community clinic to serve the underserved in Riverside county. Dr. Mittal is currently married with three children and is a proud grandparent of one.
