There are a variety of housing options available to you as a WesternU student. WesternU offers a secure online listing of available rentals both local to the campus as well as nationwide for our students on rotations! The listings are available to the WesternU community through the Banweb system, once logged on, select Housing menu.

For your convenience, we've put together a list of apartments in Pomona and the following surrounding cities: San Dimas & La Verne, Claremont, Chino Hills & Diamond Bar, West Covina, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario.

The Metropolitan at University Village features 472 units with 11 different floor plans including both 1 and 2 bedroom master suites with 2 baths. The Helix at University Village features 100 units (52 two-bedroom apartments, 24 one-bedroom apartments and 24 studio apartments) in a four-story building. Amenities include access-controlled entry, high-speed wireless Internet service and two outdoor courtyards that can accommodate both quiet study and student events. The Helix has 1 laundry room, five group-study rooms, and a rooftop patio offering views of the San Gabriel Mountains.

Rental prices currently (for the 2013-2014 academic year) are $1,075-$1,095 per month for a studio, $1,275- $1,315 per month for a one-bedroom apartment, and $780 for a shared two-bedroom/one-bath apartment. Studio apartments come with a kitchenette including a 2 stove top burner, mini fridge and microwave. The Helix provides a stove, microwave and refrigerator in one and two bedroom units.

The Mayfair

The Mayfair features 32 units (5 studio, 17 one-bedroom apartments and 10 two-bedroom apartments) in a historic five-story building. Retail, Restaurant & Pub located on the first floor and the apartments are on the second through fifth floor. The Mayfair is less than a block from the Western University campus. Amenities include secure access-controlled entry and outdoor courtyards, four study lounges with WIFI hotspots, 2 laundry rooms and a bicycle storage room.

Rental prices currently (for the 2013-2014 academic year) are $1050 per month for a studio, $1,150- $1,300 per month for a one-bedroom apartment, and $800 for a shared two-bedroom/one-bath apartment. For your convenience our rental price includes water, sewer, trash and gas. Every Mayfair apartment is fully furnished with beds, kitchen tables & chairs and couch.
