Accommodations and Resource Center

Welcome to the Accommodations and Resource Center (AARC) for Students with Disabilities a division of the Center for Disability Issues and the Health Professions (CDIHP) at Western University of Health Sciences. AARC is dedicated to providing students with disabilities the support and services needed for the opportunity to study in the health care professions. AARC is the designated office that maintains disability-related documents, determines eligibility for academic accommodations, determines reasonable accommodations and develops plans for the provision of such accommodations for students attending Western University of Health Sciences.

Our staff encourages academically qualified students with disabilities to utilize all the appropriate accommodations. No individual shall be discriminated against on the basis of disabilities in the full and equal enjoyment of goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations as required under Title III-Public Accommodations Owned by Private Entities of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
