Courses and Seminars

The faculty of the Department of Basic Medical Sciences (BMS) participates in the teaching of Courses and Systems to the osteopathic medical (DO) students of COMP. The department offers lectures in its areas of expertise – pharmacology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, physiology and neuroscience. Several faculty members have chosen education as their area of scholarship. The emphasis is typically on adapting the basic sciences to medical school education, enhancing the students' academic and clinical excellence.
