I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. The training I reeived in college immediately drew me to the principles of Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy.
I applied for the fellowship because it provides experience in two things I love -- OMM and teaching. I was fortunate to have exceptional teachers throughout my first two years of medical school. Their efforts really helped me understand how much patients can benefit from OMT. I look forward to the additional training the fellowship offers and hope to be able to help other osteopathic students come to appreciate NMM/OMM like I do.
After school I hope to enter a residency in Family Medicine.
