| Technical Support Hours |
Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. University Holidays excluded. Walk-In Technical Support during business hours is available in the basement of the Pumerantz Library building.
An answering service is available to receive technical support calls after business hours and on weekends. Only server or system related emergencies will be responded to during non-support hours, all other calls will receive a reply or be scheduled the next business day.
