Applicant must be visually impaired and be attending a college in the US.Basis for selection includes major/career interest in health-related professions that deal with the rehabilitation and/or education of blind or visually impaired persons. Applicant must demonstrate depth of character, leadership, seriousness of purpose and service orientation.
