You may waive a course requirement based on a residency or fellowship program taken after your first professional degree was awarded.  You need to demonstrate that the residency/fellowship included close supervision and regular assessment of your performance.

Do I need to have a master's degree to apply to the TDPT program?

No.  It is not necessary to have a master's degree in physical therapy or a related field.  You may need to complete more courses to fulfill degree requirements if you hold only an undergraduate degree in physical therapy.
