Before coming to Western University of Health Sciences, Dagmar specialized in teaching stress reduction/management training programs. As Assistant Director of the LEAD office, she combines learning style and skills assessment with stress management in a personalized training program available to students one-on-one or in small groups. Her goal: to assist Western University students in reaching their very highest academic goal, while remaining balanced, "relaxed, calm, and wide awake," even under the most demanding circumstances.
Her counseling and teaching expertise are a welcome addition to the tutoring, learning enhancement and academic development services the LEAD office is known for.
Dagmar relocated here from the East Coast, where she held the position of Director of Development at a small graduate school. In addition, she has been teaching people how to improve the quality of their personal and professional lives since 2000. She worked with non profit organizations, community colleges, universities, hospices, and hospitals in the Philadelphia area.
She encourages students to stop by the LEAD office. She'll be happy to speak to you.
