What is EndNote?

EndNote is bibliographic management software that allows users to save and organize citations. These citations can be for journal articles, books, conference proceedings, Web pages, manuscripts, etc. Different formatting styles can be used.

Upgrading from a Previous Version of EndNote?

You should backup any connection files, bibliographic styles, or import filters you have edited or created. Once everything is backed up, it is recommended that you uninstall the old version of EndNote before downloading the newest version.

Download EndNote

Click on the appropriate link to download EndNote for your operating system. You will need to log into the University's Software Distribution website using your WesternU network username/password (same used to access WesternU email). Read the EndNote Site License Agreement, then click Agree and Download. Each authorized user is permitted two (2) EndNote downloads per version; one for your desktop computer and one for your laptop.
