Cochrane Library The Cochrane Library consists of a regularly updated collection of evidence-based medicine databases, including The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effectiveness, Cochrane Controlled Trials Register, Cochrane Methodology Register, NHS Economic Evaluation Database, Health Technology Assessment Database, and Cochrane Database of Methodology Reviews. Web of Science Web of Science provides access to Science Citation Index Expanded and Journal Citation Reports (JCR). Science Citation Index Expanded includes current and retrospective bibliographic information, author abstracts, and cited references found in scholarly science and technical journals covering a range of disciplines. JCR is a resource that allows you to evaluate and compare journals using citation data drawn from scholarly and technical journals from publishers in multiple countries. Citation and article counts are indicators of how frequently current researchers are using individual journals. By tabulating and aggregating citation and article counts, JCR offers a perspective for journal evaluation and comparison.
