Description of Academic/Research Interests:
Dr. Pham's areas of study include cardiology, endocrinology, respiratory disorders, and ambulatory care services. He has been faculty at Long Island University, College of Pharmacy since August 2002 and served as an internal medicine preceptor at Kings County Hospital Center, both in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Pham left LIU in June 2007 to join the faculty at Western University of Health Sciences.

Rotation description:
This intense rotation allows fourth year Pharm.D. candidates to participate in pharmacy work rounds, contribute clinical interventions with unit pharmacist, and meet daily with pharmacy faculty to learn various disease states with a primary focus on acute care. Students must be prepared to work hard and will be rewarded with a strong pharmacotherapeutic foundation by the end of the rotation.
