Reversible lipidization of proteins and peptides.  Oral delivery of peptide drugs.  Drug uptake and transport in epithelial cells.  Solid phase peptide synthesis.  Bioconjugation chemistry.  Novel penetration enhancer design.  Rational design and synthesis of anti-cancer agents.  Analytical assay development and validation.  Pre-clinical pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism.
