Description of Academic/Research Interests
Hormone regulation of amyloid-beta precursor protein expression and processing. Characterization and modulation of neuroimmunologic pathologies in Alzheimer's disease brain. Expression and function of chemokine and complement anaphylatoxin molecules and receptors in the normal and diseased central nervous system. Cytokine expression and function in perpheral reactive arthropathies.
