Student Government Association (SGA)The Student Government Organization (SGA) is the representative governing body of the students at Western University of Health Sciences. It consists of representatives from each class, plus a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer.
The primary function of the SGA is to serve as a liaison between the students, faculty and administration. The SGA works with the Board of Trustees, administration and faculty, and other student organizations to bring about changes that will benefit the student body as a whole. It is concerned with student discipline, rights and educational needs, including changes in the curriculum.
