 Welcome Week Event InformationWelcome Week 2009 (New Student Orientation) is a wonderful opportunity for incoming students to learn about the University and to meet their new classmates. There are many exciting events that are held during Orientation week. Attendance is mandatory unless noted. EventsYou will receive three sets of tickes for each Family Day Event (Convocation, White Coat Ceremony and President's Welcome Lunch for Entering Students and Families) for you and your 2 guests in your Student Processing packet during Welcome Week. Tickets for these events are required as seating capacity is limited. If you are not planning to use your guest tickets, we encourage you to give them to classmates who may be seeking additional tickets for Family Day activities using the Classified Ads Website (login in upper right corner with BanWeb credentials).Tickets will be required and more information will be posted as it comes available: Convocation (Mandatory) - August 8, 2009 Attire is professional - White Coats NOT required (Please DO NOT bring White Coats) (Dress slacks, shirt and tie for men; dress slacks, dress, skirt and blouse for women)
