I enjoy working with students in the labs to learn all possible aspects of anatomy, histology, embryology and neuroanatomy.   I believe that our students are better prepared under the PBL system.

My plan for the future is to develop innovative methods in multimedia and incorporate them in teaching gross anatomy/histology to veterinary students and to students in other disciplines.

My enthusiasm for continuous learning and researching in anatomy/histology will be reflected on the stimulation of my students' ability to learn anatomy/histology and begin to integrate their knowledge to other disciplines.

I have developed appreciation and understanding of species diversity including camels, Llama, avian and laboratory animals and tailored my knowledge to different needs of DVM students and students in other disciplines.

Research Interests

I am interested in preparing educational materials that will help in understanding of anatomical peculiarities of the llama, laboratory animals and I am interested in developing courses including microtechniques, distance learning and internet based courses on the anatomy/histology on these animals.
