Manages a team of rotations coordinators who are responsible for the scheduling and on-boarding of third and fourth year medical students for their clinical rotations. Serves as a main point of contact for students and clinical partners in resolving or escalating rotation related issues or grade disputes. Manages all third and fourth year faculty of student rotation evaluation and grades. Completes a monthly registration process for COMAT exams for third year students who have completed their core rotations. Supervises the coordination of annual Rotations Preview Day and manages the scheduling for bi-annual didactic weeks. Maintains all rotations site capacity to aide in the creation of the rotations lottery schema, for all incoming third year students.
