OpEx is committed to providing support in applying contemporary tools and techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial practices to enhance academic and business performance and to create a culture of excellence within all units.
OpEx is committed to creating a robust problem-solving and process optimizing roadmap based on team work and leadership skills and establishing a world-class training and development plan focusing on WesternU’s strategic objectives.
OpEx will work with all units to develop optimal and cost effective solutions and to provide highest quality training, coaching and mentoring to employees to independently streamline their operational areas.
Optimize academic and business processes and solve problems to achieve seamless and cost-effective operations in support of WesternU’s strategic objectives.
Create a culture of operational excellence within WesternU through the involvement of organizational leaders, process owners, and change agents.
Train members of management as Lean Six Sigma (LSS) champions. Train world class LSS Green Belts who can take the role of change agents in their organizations. Continuously coach and mentor the change agents on tools and techniques using process optimizing projects as a platform.
