GOAL SETTING
Set a timeframe and be as specific as possible so you can work toward the goal and achieve it. For example: I am going to climb the stairs in the HEC building 5 days a week for 3 months to improve my breathing and exercising.
SOCIAL SUPPORT
Invite other classmates to join doing exercises Share it on social media so it can help you stick to you plan Make a video diary
MOTIVATION
Do it yourself Choose a Social Platform or online fitness tool to get the habit of chronicling your daily progress
ACCOUNTABILITY
Just find a workout buddy (classmate) to help you be accountable Sign up for competitions such as 5k runs Do it for a cause
POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT
Seeing results. Also, reward yourself in a non-food way for achieving your goals.
BETTER HEALTH
Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.
