WHAT INSPIRES ME
One of my truest inspirations in the office is to have reached working in the office for 20 years straight. I have one more year to fulfill to reach that goal with great pride. Another true inspiration to me is helping students and watch them succeed. While I am in the office at the front desk, students come to me for advice whether it be personal, emotional, academic, or whatever type of support they may need, I am glad that I am here for them.
WELLBEING
MIND –
- I listen to calming music to help me relax.
BODY –
- I do physical exercise and I try to go to the gym 3 days per week.
SELF –
- I improve myself in where I believe I am weak, but must enjoy in what I am learning otherwise it will not work
SOCIAL –
- I keep in touch with family and friends. COVID made us learn new ways to socialize but it is good when you can see the person in person.
INTERESTS/HOBBIES
My current interest is watching cooking videos learning new recipes and life hacks as well, and my newest goal is to lose 100lbs.
