LEAD Tutors<\/b><\/h3>\n

Our LEAD Tutors are alumni and current students who are committed to helping their peers reach their academic goals in a compassionate, respectful, resourceful, and experienced manner. This academic support service is free of charge to all WesternU students. Tutoring is program\/course specific, and based on the availability of tutors.<\/p>\n

LEAD offers two models of tutoring:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Small group tutoring<\/em>: traditional course-specific tutoring offered to qualifying* students<\/li>\n
  2. Large group reviews<\/em>: open to all students, typically offered before an exam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *Qualifying–Student’s are required to meet with a LEAD Learning Skills Specialist EVERY NEW SEMESTER prior to being paired with a tutor<\/p>\n
