Schedule an Office Call
Office calls are by appointment only and should be made 24 – 48 hours in advance. We can meet virtually on Teams and Zoom and in-person on the Pomona campus.
Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8 am to 7 pm
- Friday: 8 am to 6 pm
- Saturday: 11 am to 7 pm

Where can the Office Call take place?
Virtual Office Calls: We can meet online on Teams or Zoom.
In-person office calls on the Pomona campus:
- One-on-one: A reference librarian can visit you at your departmental office or laboratory.
- For small group meetings, arrangements should be made by the college’s resource scheduler to meet at a university meeting room.
How long can an office call be?
An office call can last between 15 minutes to 1 full hour or more depending on the topic and need.
