Participants will learn how using colorful planners, stickers, markers, and simple crafting tools can transform organization from chaos into a calming and motivating practice. Through guided discussion and hands on activities, attendees will discover how visual structure and creative expression reduces stress, improves focus, and creates a sense of control over daily
