Most clinicians already give feedback to students or trainees. This module offers some suggestions on how you can improve the feedback you give so that you are better able to help motivate and develop students\u2019 clinical knowledge, skills and behaviors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>\u00a0there are two parts to this training module. Part 1 is 18 minutes long. Part 2 is 14 minutes long.
