it encompasses our reputation, the experience people have when they connect with us, our mission and values.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"p1\">It is important that our brand is represented correctly across all platforms including internet, social media, email, digital signs and print. <b>Current and prospective students, current and prospective employees, alumni, community members and donors should all be able to recognize our institution at-a-glance.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">Consistent application of the brand:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p3\">Enhances the University\u2019s recognition and stature locally, nationally and internationally<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">Ensures that we are not mistaken for any other institutions<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">Protects the University\u2019s reputation and trademarks from legal claims and misappropriation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>WesternU Marketing &amp; Communications maintains the right to approve, alter, or adjust brand guidelines for specific uses. Approval of an exception does not apply outside of the approved use. Marketing &amp; Communications has the responsibility of respectfully intercepting any misuses of WesternU branding.
