2xl:w-7\/12\">\n        <h2>CITI Training<!--more--><\/h2>\n<p>All researchers including faculty, students, and staff conducting research must complete online training available through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.citiprogram.org\">CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative)<\/a> This training is required for all types of research applications, including minor modifications.<\/p>\n<p>CITI certification must be renewed every three years. CITI certification must be maintained current throughout the research project.\u00a0 Each course has a set of modules that must be completed with an overall score of 80%. CITI will issue \u201ccompletion certificate\u201d for each course completed. See instructions for registering and access to CITI training below.<\/p>\n<p>Please upload a copy of the completion certificates for all researchers (including student assistants) involved in the research project in IRBNet.<\/p>\n<p>Approval to proceed with any research project will be withheld if these mandatory training requirements are not met.<\/p>\n<p>All persons with a significant role in a research project must meet these training requirements.
