Dr. James Lally is a two-time alumnus of WesternU, earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 1991 and his Master of Science in Health Professions Education degree in 1993. He also holds a Masters in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He was a long-time Director of Medical Education for an internship and a family medicine residency locally from 1994 until 2018, training hundreds of WesternU students and graduates. A local practicing physician, he is the Chief Medical Officer of Health Service Alliance, a FQHC that he started with another local provider in 2018. With three locations, serving the communities of Montclair, Pomona, and Rancho Cucamonga, he is providing care to the most vulnerable populations in the local area.
