over 40 years. His legal practice is focused on real estate, business organization and planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration and agriculture law. Mr. Cowgill was the founding chair of the WesternU COMP-Northwest Dean\u2019s Advisory Board, now the Oregon Advisory Board.
