Faculty, staff, students, administrators, alumni, community members, and external stakeholders provided feedback through town halls, planning sessions, student vision forums, surveys, and community outreach activities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The resulting Strategic Planning Engagement Report summarizes the themes, priorities, opportunities, and challenges identified throughout this process and demonstrates how stakeholder feedback informed the final strategic plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8220;Humanism should remain our primary focus&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/strong>Staff Member, California Campus<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>By the Numbers<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The strategic planning engagement process included:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Approximately 200 Town Hall participants<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">More than 100 Faculty and Staff Session participants<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">More than 20 Student Vision Forum participants<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">260 Quick Pulse Survey responses<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">99 Strategic Planning Survey responses<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">20 Community Engagement Survey responses<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">589 survey responses reviewed<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1,866 survey question responses analyzed<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Participation reflected engagement from both the Pomona, California and Lebanon, Oregon campuses, ensuring that perspectives from across the university community informed the plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8220;I sincerely appreciate these sessions.
