Class of 2020 Profiles First-year CVM students are profiled throughout the year

Kelli Behunin Brittaney Blanco




As a physics major at Smith College in I graduated from the University of
Massachusetts, I completed internships in both Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in
engineering mechanics and high-energy animal science. After graduation, I worked
physics. When I decided to pursue veterinary at an equine hospital and at a mixed
medicine, I studied at the University of Hawaii practice that treated small animals, cattle,
and volunteered at the Honolulu and zoo animals. I also worked at a
