I view OMM as an important part of working with and helping patients to truly heal, instead of simply “curing” them. I want to continue to develop my skills in the practice of OMM so that I can connect with my patients on another level and become an effective, compassionate healer. Being an effective educator is an important aspect of medicine and I believe that the fellowship cultivates both healers and educators. I am excited about the prospect of teaching my peers and showing them the ways OMM can help their patients.
