    DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE LIBRARY

    From I-10 (San Bernardino Freeway): Take Garey Avenue south, turn left on Third Street. The library is on the corner of Third and Gibbs.

    From Route 60 (Pomona Freeway): Take Garey Avenue north, turn right on Third Street. The library is on the corner of Third and Gibbs.

    Parking:

    Mindful Mondays

    In honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for 30-minute Zoom talks on mindfulness strategies every Monday in May from 4-4:30pm.

    May 5th: Creating Healthy Boundaries and the Power of Saying “No” for Your Mental Health presented by the Pumerantz Reference Librarians.

    May 12th: Simple Visualization and Breathing Exercises for Everyday Stresses presented by Crystal, CPT, HWC (MEDWell).

    May 19th: Using Your Senses to Maximize Mindfulness presented by Dr. Juliana Perez (LEAD).

    In honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for the Pumerantz Library’s first Wellness Fair! Engage in sensory activities and learn more about mental health awareness and resources with LEAD, CDHP, Optum, and MedWell.

    At the same time as the Wellness Fair, enjoy a boba from Boba Tea Planets for this special Mental Health Awareness edition of Coffee and Conversations. First 60 participants will receive a drink for FREE. Drinks will be sold at a discounted price afterwards (while supplies last). Featured flavors included classic milk tea, Thai tea, passionfruit tea, and mango tea.
