Programming and Events
Welcome to CETL’s Programming and Events Page!
CETL provides a range of programming and events for WesternU faculty and staff. We offer CETL sessions each month on a range of topics from teaching and learning to productivity to well-being. Visit our CETL session calendar for more information on topics, or visit the CETL session archive to view our recorded sessions. We also share various webinars that may by of interest to WesternU faculty and staff from organizations such as EDUCAUSE, Training Magazine Network, and Inside Higher Education.
CETL also facilitates our annual Academic Boot Camp (ABC), a four day training for new faculty. ABC is offered at least twice a year–once on the Pomona campus and once at the Lebanon campus. Visit the ABC page for more information and to register.
In addition, CETL can sponsor faculty learning communities (FLCs), interest group meetings, and other communities of practice. Recently, CETL has offered a Book Club, and often tables at Fest on 2nd. Come stop by and say hi!
More details on our programming can be found below.
