Office of Community Benefit and Governmental Affairs

WesternU Community Benefit & Governmental Affairs cultivates and enhances University relationships at all levels of government — with particular focus on the cities of Pomona and Lebanon; the counties of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Linn; and the states of California and Oregon — and works with University senior leadership in the development of proposals and strategies to advocate for University priorities.

Community Benefit & Governmental Affairs operational priorities include leadership and strategy; county, state and federal advocacy; and cultivation and maintenance of local, regional, state and federal governmental, institutional, business and community relationships.
