Mission
The Division of Compliance, Ethics, and Culture’s mission is rooted in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and respect across Western University of Health Sciences, where compliance and ethical conduct are fundamental to our academic, operational, and administrative practices. We empower administration, faculty, staff, clinical and research personnel, and students to make informed, principled decisions that uphold the core tenets of academic and professional best practices. We are committed to ensuring that ethical behavior and compliance are shared responsibilities across the university community.
